How should I place a return label on my package?

Do not cover the bottom barcode. The barcode at the bottom of your original shipping label is essential for tracking and processing your return. Make sure it remains fully visible and unobstructed.

1. Position the new label:

  • Place the return label over the upper portion of the original shipping label.

2. Secure the label:

  • Use clear tape if needed, but ensure the bottom barcode remains uncovered.

Following these steps helps us process your return quickly and prevents delays.

Managing Your Membership

Need to make updates? The fastest way is always your Customer Portal. There you can:

  • Adjust delivery dates
  • Swap products
  • Update billing or shipping info
  • Review your order history

Cancellations

How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to make changes, or cancel any future orders, you can do so through your Customer Portal, or by reaching out to our customer service team via chat or by calling us at 1-800-704-7551.

 

If your order is scheduled to ship in the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment, but you can return your shipment once it's received. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the containers within 60 days of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling), even if the containers are empty. Canceled accounts with an unpaid balance will continue to be billed according to your monthly payment plan.
